Tasvir Ahmad Faheem is one of the founders and Managing Director of SiSIP. He led SiSIP
from being a startup IT solutions firm to being a one of the leading IT solutions companies
working on various innovative solutions in Bangladesh. He did his B.Sc. in Computer Science
from London Metropolitan University, UK and MBA from Maastricht School of Management,
Netherlands. He worked for various companies and projects in Bangladesh, Netherlands,
Malta, England and Germany.
He is a seasoned professional with year-after-year success in
building up companies from the ground zero, achieving revenue, profit and business growth
objectives within dynamic and highly competitive environments. He is skilled at building and
nurturing relationships with key clients/potential customers/OEMs at decision-making levels
to generate fresh/repeat business opportunities as well as handling new product lines and
geographies by utilizing strong market management, dealer/channel development and
outbound communication skills.
He has proven competencies in devising innovative/effective
business model enhancement strategies to achieve better market penetration, create million
dollar revenue streams and garner a reasonable market share. Suave and pragmatic with
excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills; competent to work in highly
diverse environments with people from varied backgrounds and cultures; a popular team
worker with leadership traits. He is equipped with comprehensive knowledge of global ICT
products of multiple platforms, IT management and technological trends
Nurunnassa Choudhury Nasim, one of the co-founders of SiSIP. She has total experience over
20 years, working in different capacity including Operations, Presales, Service and Support
department etc. As a technical and business development executive with a track record of
handling large and critical IT operations. She has experience in managing large teams and
complex organization. Adept at providing hands on guidance in managing complex IT projects,
building long term productive relationship with all the stakeholders as well as optimizing
productivity.
She has wide experience in public and private sector IT products & service
procurement and contract negotiation and management. She is passionate about wining early
strategic clients, opening up new markets for new IT products and creative marketing
strategies. She has technology / domain expertise include enterprise products and solutions,
handling complex support, operations management and supply chain management. Some of
the large projects where she was worked as project head i.e. Data Centre project Mutual Trust
Bank, Army HQ LAN deployment project, Bangladesh Army, Data Center project of SCB
including 7/24 mission critical support, SICT Project - Bangladesh Secretariat data center
project, Nationwide branch banking project of Sonali Bank and Agrani Bank
